   Use ready-made Skills and create customised Skills containing detailed instructions, standards, templates, and procedures for performing recurring business tasks consistently.


7. Create professional outputs with Claude Artifacts
   Produce and refine documents, reports, dashboards, calculators, charts, visualisations, interactive tools, websites, prototypes, and AI-powered applications through natural-language instructions.


8. Schedule recurring tasks and workflows
   Set up recurring activities such as report preparation, information reviews, reminders, data checks, follow-ups, and periodic business updates so Claude can support time-based workflows with reduced manual effort.


9. Use Claude Cowork for multi-step business tasks
   Delegate complete assignments to Claude Cowork, allowing it to work across authorised files, folders, applications, and connected tools to prepare finished business deliverables.


10. Create visual content using Claude Design
    Collaborate with Claude to create and improve professional presentations, one-page documents, visual concepts, marketing designs, user-interface mockups, and interactive prototypes.
