● Rule-based (fixed replies) vs. AI-based chatbots.
● Designing a chatbot’s personality.
● Hands-on: Build a simple chatbot using prompts.

Session 2: Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG)
● Why chatbots hallucinate / forget facts.
● Basics of embeddings (turning text into numbers).
● Connecting chatbot to a knowledge base (documents, FAQs).
● Hands-on: Build a FAQ chatbot using your own data.

Session 3: Conversation Management
● Managing long conversations (memory, summarization).
● Personalization: remembering names, past chats, preferences.
● Hands-on: Add memory to your chatbot.

Session 4: Integration, Deployment & Project
● Connecting chatbot to external APIs (e.g., weather, news, CRM).
● Building a simple UI with Streamlit / Gradio.
● Testing chatbot performance (accuracy, relevance, satisfaction).
● Capstone Project: Deploy your own domain-specific chatbot (customer support, tutoring, or business assistant).
